A native of the Hudson Valley in New York, and officially a resident of North Texas, MaritaBeth currently lives and works in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania–thrilled to once again be in the northeast where she gets to experience all four seasons! For 27 years she traveled to numerous faires as manager for Pendragon Costumes.  In November 2021, MaritaBeth accepted a full-time, year-round position as Costume Director of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire and Mt. Hope Estates. She manages the staff of a state-of-the-art costume shop and depending on the time of year, might be found designing for Queen Elizabeth or Santa Claus, or outfitting a Murder Mystery set in the 19^th or 20^th century. She and her husband own East Wind Games, a patron-favorite shop at Scarborough and Bristol Renaissance festivals. MaritaBeth has a B.S. in Journalism from TCU and an extensive retail management and event planning background. Happy to be able to give back to the community that has given her so much, MaritaBeth is honored to be among the members of the RESCU Board of Directors.
